DansMark has started cutting edge programming technology. In this new millennium, drawing smarter with DansMark "Smart-images" may be your best competitive edge! This service converts an AutoCAD drawing into a vector-image file, that can be used in many different ways. Just like an AutoCAD slide-image (.sld), these VIS-files can be used on the screen, or in a dialog (.dcl) to show the user what is being done. DansMark takes the image to "the next level", and allows the images to be changed "on-the-fly" using variables. There are 4 different options to choose from. Option #1: Unstructured automated conversion. This option converts the whole drawing at once, and saves it to a single image file. Option #2: Structured automated conversion. This option converts selected whole portions of the drawing (like selection sets), and saves them to different vector-image files. Option #3: Unstructured hand conversion. This option converts each entity in the drawing one at a time, and saves them to a single image file. Option #4: Structured automated conversion. This option converts selected whole portions of the drawing (like selection sets), and saves them to different vector-image files. The process is automated, requiring the drawing to be converted in a defined order (see options above), so the image can be completely changed using variables. What you get: 1) A directory of vector-images (c:\dansmark\image-data\). 2) An Autolisp program (.lsp) 3) A dialog program to control the image(s) with (.dcl). 4) A set of instruction on how to use your new images. Link images together, using parametric variables! (See DMSS's suggestion on how to build a smart-image library, instead of regular images, by clicking the "More Info" link below) |
